One-on-One Member & Chair Sessions

The Monthly One-on-One Sessions are vital to maximizing a member’s C12 experience. The One-on-One time provides a monthly 60-90 minute session with your Area Chair to assist you in applying the powerful general management, leadership, and ministry concepts you discuss in each month’s C12 group setting.

 

One-on-One sessions include:

  • Integration and Understanding: Get Better Results Faster by identifying an dprioritizing learning, goal setting and commitments (Member To Do's) from the monthly meeting into daily application across the aspects of leading a business and a family.
  • Follow-through Accountability: Priorities are what we do all else is just Talk! Be encouraged to focus on getting the things doen you know you need to do to make a difference and be significant; Startegic direction setting; setting and measuring performance against Key Metrics; hiring, motivating and rewarding the right people.
  • Intimacy and Encouragement: A Group of like-minded peers who care deeply about your success to come alongside you as you seek spiritual growth, life balance, courageous leadership and healthy professional an dpersonal relationships.

The One-on-One sessions give you an opportunity to cover a range of topics from th eimmediate and urgent to in depth longer term startegic initiatives. Imagine the value of having a running conversation and accountability with someone who can provide balanced, objective, Biblical feedback and counsel on the issues shaping your company's culture, operations, systems and teams. 

In context of the other C12 offerings, One-one-One sessions add clarity and lead to application of the concepts taught in the C12 curriculum and discussed in the peer group setting.
